APPTUTTi Becomes the Newest Unity Distribution Portal Partner, Providing Mobile Game Developers Access to Chinese App Stores

APPTUTTi is looking to create inroads for app and game developers to delve into the Chinese market in a promising partnership with Unity.

September 16, 2019 —

HONG KONG, China - APPTUTTi today announced it has become the newest store on the Unity Technologies Unity Distribution Portal (UDP). APPTUTTi is the first 24/7 online portal to help app and game developers enter China. UDP is the most efficient way for game developers to reach, publish, and operate their games across multiple stores in emerging markets. The new partnership will enable developers to distribute their games through UDP into China.

UDP reduces the engineering complexities associated with publishing to multiple app stores, enables developers to publish and operate games in local markets, and connects developers with a global audience. Developers only need to build their game once and upload it to UDP, where it will automatically be repackaged for and sent to the partnering game stores. More than 50% of all new mobile games are made with Unity.

APPTUTTi partners with developers to successfully launch their apps and games in China. Their one of a kind 24/7 online portal provides developers with real-time performance and monetization data of their apps and games which can improve understanding of user behaviour and acquisition. They provide free access to three major app stores in China, with various monetization options available such as in-app purchasing (IAP) and advertising. Their free SuperSDK provides developers with all the resources necessary to adapt and integrate their apps and games for Chinese mobile users and the Chinese mobile market. Developers will save time, resolve technical complications and enhance efficiency and effectiveness with the SuperSDK.

Furthermore, IP protection and ISBN services (which are essential for IAP games) are available to address developers' worries over the safety of their creations. APPTUTTi is the ultimate gateway to China.

"APPTUTTi and Unity share the same objective of solving the hard problem of game distribution to multiple app stores in local markets. With Unity developers' ability to now access the Chinese market, this is the beginning of many opportunities to come." Donald Tang- APPTUTTi CEO

APPTUTTi is the first 24/7 online portal that enables app and game developers to launch their projects in China and other unexplored markets.

Globes carpet kicks off with big sleeves and shades of pink

May 28, 2020

NEW YORK — Cynthia Erivo and Greta Gerwig rocked sparkling chokers as the Golden Globes red carpet kicked off Sunday, with Erivo in a hand-beaded custom Thom Browne gown and Gerwig in black and cream. Both went off-shoulder for the big night in Beverly Hills, California. Erivo, the “Harriet” star and fashion standout, said her dress includes designs of her favorite flower, the peony, at the hem and in her lining. The short-sleeve gown, Erivo told E!, took 800 hours. A huge blue stone dropped from her short necklace. Shades of pink had an early trend moment on Kirsten Dunst...

Solidarity march against anti-Semitism, acts of hate

May 28, 2020

NEW YORK — Throngs of demonstrators joined by elected officials walked solemnly across the Brooklyn Bridge in a solidarity march Sunday against anti-Semitism and all acts of hate. The “No Hate, No Fear" march was organized by New York's Jewish community in the wake of recent anti-Semitic attacks, including a knife attack at a Hanukkah celebration north of New York City that left five people wounded and a fatal shootout at a kosher grocery in Jersey City, New Jersey. The crowds of participants jammed the streets in lower Manhattan as they waited their turns to get across the bridge. “It...

Streep, Miranda and Stone are named as Met Gala co-0chairs

May 28, 2020

NEW YORK — Next year's Met Gala may be the closest we'll ever come to getting a Miranda Priestly moment at the starry event. Meryl Streep has been named as a co-chair of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute. The Oscar-winner played Priestly, a thinly veiled fictional version of Vogue editor Anna Wintour, in the movie "The Devil Wears Prada." Wintour clearly has no hard feelings because she selected Streep as a co-chair along with Lin-Manuel Miranda and fellow Oscar-winner Emma Stone. Designer Nicolas Ghesquiere rounds out the group. The gala's theme is "About Time: Fashion and Duration," which...

Congress approves bill expanding animal cruelty law

May 28, 2020

WASHINGTON — Congress has passed a bill making certain types of animal cruelty a federal felony. The bill would expand a 2010 law that made creation or distribution of so-called "animal crushing" videos illegal. The new bill would make the underlying acts of cruelty a federal crime. The Senate unanimously passed the Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act on Tuesday, two weeks after the House passed it on a voice vote. Florida Reps. Ted Deutch and Vern Buchanan sponsored the bill. Deutch, a Democrat, said it "sends a clear message that our society does not accept cruelty against animals" and...

Demonstrators demand halt to killings of women in Mexico

May 28, 2020

MEXICO CITY — Relatives of women and girls murdered or missing in Mexico marched through the capital Sunday carrying over 100 purple crosses inscribed with the names of victims, demanding justice for their loved ones and improved efforts to investigate their cases. Bearing T-shirts and signs with photos of the victims, they walked behind banners and chanted the victims' names as they headed for the sprawling main square, the Zocalo, to set up an offering near a massive altar erected to mark Dia de Muertos, or Day of the Dead. "Not one more killed!" they cried. "Our daughters, where are...
