Americas Cardroom Announces Dual Venom PKO Online Poker Tournaments

October Tournaments Include a $5 Million Guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em Event.

San Jose, Costa Rica, September 25, 2026 -- Americas Cardroom has announced the return of its Dual Venom PKO online poker tournaments in October, with $6.5 million in combined guarantees.

The $5 million guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em event and $1.5 million guaranteed Pot-Limit Omaha event begin Sunday, October 4. Each has a $2,650 direct buy-in; the PLO tournament ties the brand’s largest PLO PKO guarantee ever.

Both events offer Day 1 flights on October 4, 8, 11, 15 and 18 at 1:05 p.m. ET, followed by Day 2 on Monday, October 19 at 1:05 p.m. ET.

Venom Fever runs September 29–October 18, offering hundreds of seats via Direct Satellites, Mega Satellites and Survivor Flips Step Satellites. Survivor Flips Steps start at 80 cents; some Mega Satellites offer paths from $0.

Under the PKO structure, half of an eliminated player’s bounty is paid to the player who scores the knockout, while the other half is added to their own bounty. As bounties grow, a single knockout can be worth tens of thousands of dollars.

Last year’s combined prize pools totaled $7,847,500. NLH drew 2,498 entries for $6,245,000; champion Rigapols81 earned more than $675,000 overall. PLO attracted 641 entries for a $1,602,500 prize pool, with PohPohPohPAAAA winning $252,888 including bounties.
